 Warranty   Our parts are warranted for one year from date of shipment.  Labor and shipping is not included in this warranty if repairs or replacements are needed.

Returns  You have three business days from time of order to cancel your order and receive a full refund, minus a refund service fee of $25.  After three business days, you will lose half of your deposit, or 25% of total order.   If you made payment by cash/check please allow us up to four weeks to process your refund check.  If you paid by credit card, credit will be applied to your account within five business days.

Payment policy:   At time of order, 50% deposit is due before we begin work.  We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa, and check or money order in U.S. dollars.  If paying by personal check, we will not begin work until your check has cleared your account.  The balance of your order must be paid before shipment.  We will confirm final payment and notify you when we are ready to ship.

Returned checks:  We will notify you if your check is returned from the bank for any reason.  To continue with your order, you must pay by credit card and a $25 returned check charge will be added to your invoice.
