1. How Do I Buy Your On Demand QuickBooks Training? During our current promotion, access to our On Demand QuickBooks Training program is FREE. There's no catch. To create an account for yourself, click here. As a registered user with an active account, your username and password will give you access to the flash video, step-by-step instructional lessons. In addition, you can download a student companion guide and a QuickBooks™ sample data file to use with each lesson. You will be able to learn at your own pace whenever time allows and wherever you have an internet connection.
2. What Do I Do After I Get Your On Demand QuickBooks™ Training Course? After receiving your username and password, you will log into the LaCrews Bookkeeping website from the homepage. You will then be redirected to LaCrews Bookkeeping's Help Center. Note: once logged in, additional menu options will be available. From the Help Center landing page, you will find a link to the On Demand QuickBooks™ training lessons. Familiarize yourself with the Help Center and watch the videos lessons of interest to you.
3. What Types of Lessons Are There? There are over 75 individual videos for you to view, ranging from 2 minutes to just over 10 minutes each. In addition, we provide a downloadable companion handbook which reviews the videos and gives you additional activities to try on your own and quiz questions for each section. Click this link to view our curriculum. Besides the core curriculum, more instructional videos are being added to cover specific topics as suggested by our customers.
4. What Quickbooks™ Version Do I Need? The curriculum includes instructional lessons and a sample data file to be used with QuickBooks™ Pro and QuickBooks™ Premier, versions 2007 – 2010. Intuit does not support any QuickBooks™ version before 2007. However, you may find some of the lessons and concepts will apply to an earlier version of QuickBooks™.
5. What Kind of Web Support Do I Get With Your Videos? Included with your access to our Help Center is technical support to assist you with downloading and viewing the Help Center resources. If your issue(s) are specific to your company and/or use of QuickBooks™, we require you engage us for a Certified QuickBooks™ ProAdvisor Help Session. 8. How Can I Get My Specific Business Questions Answered? LaCrews Bookkeeping is staffed with Certified QuickBooks™ ProAdvisors who help small businesses and non-profits get the most out of QuickBooks™. If you still require a one-to-one consultation after viewing our video lessons or researching your QuickBooks™ issue on your own, one of our ProAdvisors on staff can assist you. However, you must have an active Help Center username/account along with a balance of at least 30 minutes of ProAdvisor consulting time on account with LaCrews Bookkeeping. If you do not currently have a username/account and still wish to receive Help Session support, you can initiate setting up a new account by clicking here and then purchase 30 minutes (or more) ProAdvisor Help Session time. After each help session, the email address associated with your account will receive notification of the time remaining on your account.

10. How Do I Know if My Internet Connection is Fast Enough To Watch Your Videos? Most high speed internet connections are satisfactory for On Demand viewing of our streaming videos. Dial up connections may experience delays in video download.
11. When Can I Get My Username and Password? After creating your new account you should recieve an account activation email with in an hour. If you fail to receive the activation email, don't hesitate to contact us. However, please check your junk mail prior to contacting us.
